Non solo nel settore vinicolo ma anche in altri settori agricoli ci sono miniere di tesori inutilizzati, se si iniziasse a guardare allo scarto con una visione rivoluzionaria, permeata di cultura biotecnologica, molecolare ed etica allora si potrebbero vedere nuovi orizzonti di mercato per un futuro più sostenibile.

I TERRITORI DELLA BELLEZZA
Il progetto nasce nel 2018 e vuole promuovere la creazione di nuovi prodotti cosmetici nei vari territori a vocazione vinicola d’Italia e non solo. Attraverso la collaborazione con Poliphenolia gli scarti delle eccellenze del territorio possono diventare uno strumento di promozione della sostenibilità.
Poliphenolia mette a disposizione il proprio know-how e accompagna i soggetti interessati nel percorso di sviluppo del prodotto stimolando la nascita di nuove realtà che sul territorio in esame lo commercializzino attraverso attività di marketing consapevole, anche attraverso la creazione di un brand ad hoc.

Glerage

The GLERAGE project is a project born in 2017, when the company Trevigiana Glerage srl and Poliphenolia srl met.
Both accumulated by the passion for their territory, sensitive to the themes of re-use and circular economy and with the enthusiasm of wanting to create a new cosmetics.
The GLERAGE project aims to create a product of the territory, which speaks of and with the territory.
Glera is the vine from which Prosecco is obtained, a symbol of the territory of Conegliano Valdobbiadene;
we analyzed it and created two unique formulations, Woman and Man that express the power and effectiveness of this unique grape.
Poliphenolia in its cutting-edge laboratories has studied the properties of polyphenols extracted from the pomace of Glera, scientifically proving its great effectiveness.
Thanks to his experience, he has devised and developed two formulations that enhance and preserve the potential of polyphenols. Poliphenolia deals with production, while Glerage deals with the promotion and marketing of the product that is sold under the Glerage brand.
